Come relax in your private home oasis! Be with Nature as you enjoy 32 acres of wooded land and large open fields. We want you to have an extraordinary experience staying with us! Enjoy your favorite book or glass of wine as you relax by the gas fireplace in the winter inside. House has a Large open concept for enjoying company with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. Sleeps 10 very comfortably ! 4 King beds and one Queen all in their own Private separate rooms! 4 Rooms have their own private bath. Each Bedroom has a large flat screen TV. Lower level has a theater room with a large selection of DVDs and streaming. Ping Pong and a custom bar with Poker game table on the lower level is a wonderful place to hang out! New outside 7 person hot tub with LED lights and Bluetooth speakers. For each stay the hot tub will be drained and refilled with fresh water and minerals. A Complete Fully stocked Kitchen, outdoor gas grill and fire pit area with plenty of seating to enjoy the evenings and roast marshmallows . Nighttime automatic Landscaping lights as well as bistro string lighting makes the backyard a relaxing entertaining area. Enjoy the Breeze and the sunshine on the 2 Screen porches . One is equipped with a Flat screen TV ! The porch also has ceiling fans and is a wonderful place for Reading , relaxing, Playing games, or just enjoying the sounds of the birds and the outdoors. Cornhole boards are available. Seasonal, Summer time fun with Large Salt water heated pool open MAY 1st to SEPT 30. Pool has lighting for night time swimming. Make memories here with friends and family! 5 miles to Potomac and Wicomico Rivers 5 minutes to the event Venue, The Pavilion at Weatherly Waterfront 10 Minutes to Budds Creek Raceway and MIR (trailer parking available on grounds) 45 minutes to MGM Washington Harbor (so much to do!) 50 minutes from Old Town Alexandria 10 minutes to Cobb Island for local steamed Crabs and Crab Cakes 25 minutes to Old town Leonardtown for bars, wineries, breweries, and restaurants. 10 minutes to La Plata with several shops, restaurants, and coffee shops 5 minutes King George Virginia for several shops and restaurants 10 minutes to Swan Point Golf Club and Club House (open to Public) 20 minutes Wicomico Shores Golf Course 1 Hour to downtown Washington DC We do have a custom Guide book full of our favorite spots at the house to look at.
Other Details to Note
We will provide Pool / HOT tub Towels for guest. One towel per guest per stay. We will have some PODS and other laundry products to do laundry with as well as dryer sheets available in the Laundry Room. The kitchen will be stocked with some Paper Towels, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Detergent, ample trash bags, and a new sponge for each guest. We also will supply coffee, tea, Creamer and many sweetener options. Coffee will be K cups and also a large coffee pot for brewing. We will Provide wood for the outdoor Fire Pit and a starter. All landscaping lights in the backyard are on a timer and will come on and turn off automatically to make your evenings come to life outside and provide a relaxing entertaining space by the hot tub for you and your guests. If you plan on casting a line in the small pond, Bring your own fishing pole and tackle. Absolutely NO Parties, NO SMOKING of any kind IN or AROUND the house. There is a designated smoking area by the firepit with a cigarette ashtray. Ample parking is available on the side . DO NOT park in the circle. Circle is for Unloading only. DO not block garage doors as farm hands stay above there at times and will be accessing vehicles and mowers inside at times. No access to the garage area or above the garage is permitted. 5 minutes to the event venue "the Pavilion at Weatherly" 15 minutes to Budds Creek Raceway, Ask about parking for trailers. (we can accommodate)

Guest Access
Access will be keyless with codes upon check in. Guest will be able to access Large main house, Pool and pool house is exclusive to the house guest only. Guests have access to all fields and land areas outside. Above the Garage area is used separately to our farm hand tenant who stays there on occasion to maintain the grounds etc. No access. Also , NO entry into any of the out buildings on the farm is permitted, our farm hands do frequent those to work on property and grass.
