Other Details to Note
We provide one pool/hot tub towel per guest per stay. Laundry pods, dryer sheets, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, and a fresh sponge are included, along with complimentary coffee, tea, creamer, and sweeteners (K-cups & a large coffee pot available). Firewood is supplied for the outdoor fire pit, and backyard lights are on a timer to create a cozy evening atmosphere. Guests may fish in the small pond—please bring your own pole. No parties and no smoking inside or near the house; a smoking area with ashtray is by the fire pit. Parking is on the side only (circle drive for unloading; do not block garage doors as farm hand parks equipment in there ). We do have a farm hand who helps us maintain property and is on the property at times. Located 5 min from The Pavilion at Weatherly and 15 min from Budds Creek Raceway/MIR, with trailer parking available on request.

Swan Point and Wicomico Shores golf clubs are close by, and you’ll also find shopping and dining just minutes away in King George, Virginia. For day trips, we’re 45 minutes from MGM National Harbor and only 1 hour from downtown Washington, D.C.
Guest Access
Access will be keyless with codes upon check in. Guest will be able to access Large main house, Pool and pool house is exclusive to the house guest only. Guests have access to all fields and land areas outside. Our farm hand may be present on the property to maintain the grounds etc. NO entry into any of the out buildings on the farm is permitted.
